Machine Operator - 1st Shift

Shifts available:

• 1st Shift (7 am - 3:30 pm)

Responsibilities

• Sort and load plastic materials onto conveyor lines
• Remove non-conforming materials based on run orders
• Stack and organize skids and boxes
• Maintain a clean and safe work area (including equipment and floors)
• Communicate material issues to the team lead
• Use basic hand tools (training provided)
• Perform additional duties as assigned

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team environment
• Strong communication and reliability
• Willingness to learn (training provided)
• Basic math skills
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods

Work Environment

• Manufacturing/warehouse setting
• Moderate to high noise levels
• Overtime and weekends may be required

Pay: $14.50 - $16.00 per hour
