Location: Waukesha County, WI
Schedule: 2nd shift, Four 10-hour shifts, Monday–Thursday

Pay: Competitive hourly pay + shift premium

Responsibilities

• Prepare production equipment for scheduled jobs and monitor operation throughout the shift.
• Use job instructions and technical drawings to produce parts to specifications.
• Check product dimensions and quality using measuring instruments.
• Record production results and report equipment or product concerns.
• Assist with routine equipment care and minor troubleshooting.
• Maintain an orderly work area and follow established safety practices.

Qualifications

• At least one year of machine operation experience with a single manufacturing employer.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Familiarity with blueprints, measuring tools, and basic production math.
• Basic computer skills and accurate recordkeeping.
• Dependable attendance and the ability to work independently and with a team.
• Ability to work on your feet throughout the shift and handle materials weighing up to 50 pounds, with reasonable accommodations available.
