Machine Operator A – Diaper

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Machine Operator A – Diaper to join our Hygiene Production team at our manufacturing plant in Faisalabad .

The role will be responsible for operating and monitoring diaper production machinery, maintaining production efficiency and product quality, and ensuring safe and reliable machine performance throughout the shift.

Role Summary

As a Machine Operator A – Diaper , you will operate assigned production machinery in line with production targets and product specifications. You will monitor machine parameters, quality, material usage, and equipment condition while coordinating with Production, Quality, and Maintenance teams to ensure smooth line performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor diaper production machinery to achieve production, quality, and efficiency targets.
• Perform machine start-ups, shutdowns, settings, adjustments, and changeovers as required.
• Monitor product quality and machine parameters and take timely action on abnormalities.
• Perform routine machine inspections and autonomous maintenance, including cleaning and lubrication activities.
• Monitor raw material consumption, production losses, and wastage during the shift.
• Identify machine faults and coordinate with Maintenance and Production teams for timely resolution.
• Maintain accurate production, downtime, quality, and shift-related records.
• Ensure effective shift handovers and clearly communicate machine or production issues.
• Maintain workplace organization and 5S standards.
• Follow all HSE, PPE, quality, and operational procedures.

What We're Looking For

• Education: DAE / Associate Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or a relevant technical discipline.
• 4–6 years of relevant manufacturing experience, preferably within diaper, hygiene, FMCG, or high-speed manufacturing.
• Hands-on experience operating automated production machinery.
• Good understanding of machine settings, basic troubleshooting, quality checks, and production processes.
• Strong awareness of safety, quality, and 5S requirements.
• Ability to work effectively in a shift-based manufacturing environment.
