Machine Operator - All Shifts

Job Summary:
We are looking for a Machine Operator to run plastic injection molding machines, inspect finished parts, and remove excess material (flash) to ensure product quality. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented and follow safety and production guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate plastic injection molding machines efficiently.
• Monitor machine cycles and ensure smooth production.
• Inspect molded parts for defects, such as warping, burns, or short shots.
• Trim or remove excess plastic (flash) from parts using hand tools or trimming equipment.
• Stack, pack, and label finished products according to specifications.
• Maintain a clean and organized workstation.
• Follow all safety regulations and company procedures.
• Report any machine or quality issues to supervisors.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Prior experience in a manufacturing or production environment preferred.
• Strong attention to detail for quality control.
• Ability to use hand tools for trimming and finishing.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs

Work Conditions:

• Standing, bending, and lifting throughout the shift.
• Exposure to noise, heat, and plastic fumes.
• May require overtime or shift work as needed.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $17.50 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 per week
