Machine Operator / Warehouse Operative

We are currently recruiting for Machine Operators / Warehouse Operatives to join a busy and growing warehouse in the Eastleigh area of Southampton .

This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals looking for a long-term role with the potential to become permanent for the right candidates.

You will work a 4 on / 4 off day shift pattern , working from 7:00am to 7:00pm . The role includes weekend working and 12-hour shifts, with regular breaks provided.

The Role

Your role will be a combination of machine operation and warehouse duties , including:

• Operating high-speed packing machinery for cosmetic products
• Monitoring machinery to ensure it is operating at optimum levels
• Helping to prevent machine downtime and keeping production running efficiently
• Picking and packing cosmetic products
• Moving trolleys and products around the warehouse
• Completing computer and system entry
• Carrying out quality checks and ensuring products are packed correctly
• Following health & safety and company procedures
• Keeping your work area clean and organised

You will receive full training on the machinery and warehouse processes . You will also be partnered with an experienced and fully trained member of the team who will support you while you learn the role and become confident operating the machinery.

• Keen to learn new skills and develop within the role

Previous machine operating or warehouse experience is beneficial but not essential , as full training will be provided.

Pay & Benefits

• £14.32 per hour
• Paid weekly
• 4 days on / 4 days off
