Machine Operator / Assembly Worker

Job Summary

We are seeking motivated and detail-oriented Machine Operators / Assembly Workers to join our dynamic manufacturing team. Responsibilities

• Operate a variety of machinery with precision and adherence to safety standards.
• Interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and production documents to accurately assemble components and fabricate parts.
• Troubleshoot industrial equipment issues promptly to minimize downtime and maintain production flow.
• Perform routine maintenance on machinery and assist in setup adjustments for optimal operation.
• Collaborate with team members on assembly tasks, ensuring efficient workflow and product quality.

Requirements

• Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to interpret mechanical blueprints and technical drawings accurately.
• Familiarity with shop math, and precision measurement tools such as micrometers and calipers.
• Knowledge of safety standards in production environments and commitment to maintaining a safe workspace.
• Ability to troubleshoot industrial equipment issues effectively using technical manuals or factory experience.
• Experience with assembly processes, tooling, and material handling within a manufacturing setting.

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
