Machine Operator (Bending, Angle Roller, 2 yrs exp req)

Linders Specialty Company is the largest roll bending company in the Upper Midwest. For over 40 years, we have rolled and bent metal for customers across different industries. From OEM parts to Construction to Art Sculptures, we provide services that satisfy our customer’s metal fabrication needs.

Our Machine Operators are knowledgeable in Plate Rolling, Angle Rolling, Tube Bending, Pipe Bending, Brake Forming, Shearing, Sawing, and Plasma Burning. You will be able to grow and develop the skills required to meet the needs of our dynamic customer base.

Responsibilities

• The machine operator must be able to set up and operate rolling machinery
• The machine operator must read and interpret blueprints.
• The machine operator must use measurement tools to inspect parts.
• The machine operator must maintain tolerance and meet quality standards.
• The machine operator must perform Routine maintenance on equipment.
• The machine operator must ensure a clean and organized work environment.

Requirements

• Mechanical Aptitude.
• Willingness to learn.
• Effectively follow work instructions.
• Working Knowledge of mathematics.
• Prior experience in a metal fabrication environment.
