What they need
- Read and understand the relevant manufacturing drawings, work instructions and process requirements
- Prepare molds, resin systems and casing materials according to approved procedure.
- Operate casting machine, vacuum casting equipment, and related production tools.
- Monitor casting parameters, including temperature, pressure quality and compliance with specifications.
- Report any non-conforming materials, equipment malfunctions, or process deviations to the section supervisor.
- Maintain tools, equipment and the work area in a clean, organized and conditions while complying with all safety and quality requirements.
- Achieve production targets within the specified time frame and quality standards, following the instructions of the Section Supervisor.
