Machine Operator

Step into a hands-on role where precision meets craftsmanship.

Join a friendly, supportive team working with advanced glass processing machinery in a clean, modern factory environment where quality and safety matter every day.

This is a full-time, Monday–Friday role (min 40 hours per week) offering competitive pay and genuine opportunities to grow your skills and build a long-term career.

What you’ll be doing:
You’ll be at the heart of the production process—operating and monitoring glass processing machinery, safely handling and moving large glass sheets, and ensuring every finished product meets high-quality standards. You’ll read and interpret job orders, technical drawings, and measurements to keep production running smoothly, while maintaining a safe, tidy, and well-organised workspace.

What we’re looking for:
We’re after someone with machine operation experience (from any industry), a strong eye for detail, and a commitment to doing things right the first time. You’ll be a reliable team player who takes a proactive approach and is comfortable with physical, hands-on work and manual handling.

Please note: Any offer of employment will be subject to satisfactory completion of pre-employment checks, including a drug and alcohol test, medical assessment, and Ministry of Justice (MOJ) and ACC history checks.
