Machine Operator

About the Role
Our client is seeking someone who enjoys working with their hands, takes pride in quality workmanship, and wants to be part of a supportive team.
You'll play an important role in preparing, finishing, and quality-checking products to ensure they are ready for distribution and meet customer expectations**.**
 
Key Responsibilities Include:

• Preparing moulds for production
• Trimming excess plastic from finished products
• Inspecting products and identifying defects
• Assisting with manufacturing and production processes
• Maintaining a clean and organised workspace
• Following health and safety procedures
• Supporting the team to meet production targets

 
Skills and Experience
You will:

• Be physically fit and capable of repetitive lifting of 25kg+
• Have strong attention to detail
• Be comfortable standing for extended periods
• Have reliable transport to get to work
• Be able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Be reliable with a strong work ethic

Benefits

• $26 per hour depending on experience
• Weekly pay plus 8% holiday pay accrued
• Monday to Friday 7:30am – 4:30pm
• Onsite parking
• Supportive management and full training provided
