The Machine Operator is responsible for the safe and efficient operation of automatic packaging, filling, cutting, labeling, and sealing equipment that produces canister-style disinfectant wipes. This role works as part of a team in a clean, consistent, and safety-conscious manufacturing environment.

The Basics

• Position: Machine Operator
• Location: 1113 Maryland Avenue, Sheboygan, WI
• Shift: Rotating 1st Shift; 2-2-3 rotation, 5:30AM-5:30PM
• Week 1 workdays: Monday, Tuesday, Friday, and Saturday
• Week 2 workdays: Sunday, Wednesday, and Thursday
• Longer shifts mean fewer scheduled shifts each week.
• Starting rate: $21.00 per hour.
• Earn up to $26.40 per hour through additional training.
• FLSA Status: Non-Exempt.

What You’ll Do

• Work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Accurately complete required production documentation.
• Perform basic troubleshooting on equipment and processes as needed.
• Follow PPE and GMP guidelines to maintain a safe and sanitary environment.
• Attend start-up and tailgate meetings for team and company communications.
• Operate and monitor automatic packaging, filling, cutting, labeling, and sealing equipment.
• This position is designated as safety-sensitive because impaired performance could create a direct threat to the associate’s safety or the safety of others.

What We’re Looking ForRequired

• Basic computer skills.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate in English.
• Ability to stand for long periods and to bend, reach, grab, and twist.
• Physical examination and pre-employment drug screen required upon conditional job offer.

Preferred

• Previous experience with machines, heavily automated environments, or general production.
• Troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Previous manufacturing experience.
