Machine Operator

The Machine Operator is responsible for operating and monitoring injection and blow molding machines to ensure efficient production and consistent product quality. The role involves machine setup, basic troubleshooting, quality inspection, and maintaining a safe and organized work area.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor injection molding and blow molding machines during production.
• Perform basic machine setup, adjustment, and material preparation as required.
• Check finished products for proper dimensions, appearance, and quality.
• Identify machine abnormalities, defects, or production issues and report them to the supervisor or maintenance team.
• Perform basic troubleshooting and assist with machine adjustments when necessary.
• Monitor production output and ensure products meet required specifications.
• Maintain cleanliness and proper housekeeping around the machines and work area.
• Follow production procedures, quality standards, and workplace safety guidelines.
• Record production output, machine conditions, and other required information.
• Perform other machine operation and production-related tasks assigned by the immediate supervisor.

Qualifications

• High School Graduate, Senior High School Graduate, or Vocational Graduate.
• Experience operating injection and blow molding machines is highly preferred.
• Knowledgeable in basic machine operation, setup, and troubleshooting.
• Familiar with quality inspection and production procedures.
• Physically fit and able to work in a manufacturing environment.
• Willing to work on shifting schedules, overtime, weekends, or holidays when required.
• Responsible, detail-oriented, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
