Machine Operator

• Ensuring machinery stability and proper operation of machines.
• Perform minor and emergency maintenance and troubleshooting in the case of any malfunctions.
• Consistently monitoring machine status and processing capacity.
• Maintaining cleanliness and an organized workspace that is hazard free.
• Reporting back to supervisors with all relevant information and details.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Minimum2 years’ experiencein a similar role, preferably in a food processing facility or waste management environment.
• High school diploma, preferably in mechanical or electrical studies.
• Sound knowledge of designated machinery, parts, tools, and equipment.
• Good knowledge of health, safety, and housekeeping practices.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Adaptable, results-oriented, quality-focused, and team-oriented.
• Highly disciplined and integrity-driven.
