Machine Operator

We are seeking a reliable and motivated Machine Operator to join our production team. The Machine Operator will be responsible for operating and monitoring manufacturing equipment, ensuring products meet quality standards, and maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.

Responsibilities

• Operate production machinery and equipment according to established procedures.
• Set up machines and prepare equipment for production runs.
• Monitor machine performance and make basic adjustments when necessary.
• Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality and specification requirements.
• Load raw materials and remove completed products from equipment.
• Identify and report equipment malfunctions or production issues.
• Perform routine cleaning and basic maintenance of machinery and work areas.
• Maintain accurate production and quality records.
• Follow all company safety procedures and workplace policies.
• Work closely with supervisors and other production team members to meet daily production goals.

Qualifications

• Previous machine operation, manufacturing, warehouse, or production experience is preferred but not required.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Basic mechanical skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.
• Ability to lift and move materials as required.
• Dependable, punctual, and able to work effectively as part of a team.
• Willingness to learn and operate different types of production equipment.

Pay: $23.70 - $28.60 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 per week
