What You'll Do:

As a Machine Operator, you'll play a crucial role in our production process, ensuring our products are made to the highest standards of quality and safety. Key responsibilities include:

• Operating and monitoring dairy manufacturing equipment (e.g., liquid and powder mixing and blending equipment, food product dryers, pasteurisers, fillers, and packaging machines)
• Collaborate with maintenance with regards to routine maintenance and minor repairs to keep machines running smoothly
• Following safety and food quality guidelines at all times
• Ensuring production targets are met while maintaining product integrity
• Collaborating with team members and supervisors to optimize production processes

What We're Looking For:

We value experience, but we also believe the right attitude is everything. Ideally, you have:

• Previous experience as a machine operator (experience in the food industry is highly regarded)
• Minimum 1-2 years of machine operator experience
• Experience working in Hygienic clean environment - HACCP and GMP on site
• Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, temperature-controlled environment
• A proactive, can-do attitude and a willingness to be part of a team
• Ability to carry out manual handling tasks
• Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends when needed (Morning Shift, Afternoon Shift and Night Shift)
