Machine Operator

Responsibilities:

• Operate and monitor food processing machinery to ensure smooth production according to SOPs
• Monitor machine performance and make the adjustments
• Carry out the machine cleaning and maintenance
• Report machine issues to the supervisor
• Prepare raw materials according to established recipes and standards
• Maintain consistent product quality and hygiene standards
• Record and update daily production data accurately
• Ensure cleanliness and safety of the work area at all times
• Follow all company procedures and food safety regulations
• To undertake any other tasks and jobs as may be assigned by the Supervisor / Manager from time to time

Requirements:

• Knowledge of operating and troubleshooting production machines.
• Able to work in a hot environment
• Experience in food manufacturing is an added advantage
• Able to work overtime on weekdays / weekends (if required)
• Immediate starter will be preferred
