Machine Operator

About the Job

Residue Recycling is looking for a dependable and hardworking Machine Operator to join our Production team. We process post-industrial plastic materials using industrial recycling equipment. No experience required — we provide paid training. If you follow instructions, work safely, and show up ready to work, we want to hear from you.

What You'll Do

• Operate and monitor recycling equipment.
• Check material quality and report problems.
• Keep equipment and work areas clean.
• Complete basic production paperwork.
• Assist with basic equipment maintenance as trained.
• Follow safety rules and wear required PPE.
• Work with the team to meet production goals.

What We're Looking For

• Reliable and on time.
• Willing to learn and follow instructions.
• Able to work safely around industrial equipment.
• Works well as part of a team.
• Manufacturing, machine operation, warehouse, or material-handling experience is a plus, but not required.

Physical Requirements

• Stand and walk for extended periods.
• Bend, reach, push and pull.
• Lift up to 50 pounds as required.
• Work around machinery, noise, dust and plastic materials.

Expected hours: 40.0 – 48.0 per week
