OVER DE FUNCTIE Er is één plek in Europa waar een bak ijs alleen maar voller wordt in plaats van leger. Binnen de muren van de Ben & Jerry’s fabriek in Hellendoorn maken zo’n 150 medewerkers het lekkerste ijs van Europa. Vanuit Hellendoorn vinden alle ijsjes hun weg naar zo’n 25 landen in Europa. Al het Ben & Jerry’s-ijs op de Europese markt komt uit Hellendoorn. Hellendoorn is het middelpunt van dit grote proces. Alles draait om het maken van (h)eerlijk room- en plantaardig ijs met natuurlijke ingrediënten én veel aandacht voor milieu en samenleving. Zo is al het ijs van Ben & Jerry’s dat we produceren 100% Fairtrade en kijken we binnen de fabriek hoe we zo energieneutraal mogelijk kunnen produceren.

Samen Met Je Collega’s Ben Je Er Verantwoordelijk Voor Dat Het Lekkerste Ijs Ter Wereld Veilig Geproduceerd Wordt En Aan De Hoogste Kwaliteitseisen Blijft Voldoen. We Verwachten Daarvoor Onder Andere Dat Je

• Veilig, schoon en ordelijk werkt
• Continue focus op kwaliteit- en voedselveiligheidsrisico’s houdt
• Zorgvuldig en nauwgezet je taken uitvoert
• Proactief verbeteringen op het gebied van veiligheid, kwaliteit en techniek aandraagt
• Afwijkingen signaleert en acties afstemt met storingsmonteur, shift coördinator en teamleider
• Kwaliteitscontroles uitvoert
• Het productieproces continu verbetert
• Controlerondes loopt en anticipeert op afwijkingen
• Het productieproces van ijs bewaakt en controleert

DIT BRENG JE MEE ALS MACHINE OPERATOR

• Je hebt minimaal een MBO-3 werk- en denkniveau
• Je hebt een sterke affiniteit met techniek
• Je bent flexibel en hebt een constructieve werkhouding
• Kennis van 5S / LEAN / WCM is een pré
• Je bent bereid om in ploegen te werken
• Je werkt zorgvuldig, veilig (ook onder druk), ordelijk, met oog voor kwaliteit, proactief en zelfstandig
• Je hebt een sterk ontwikkeld verantwoordelijkheidsbesef
• Je werkt gestructureerd, bent accuraat en analytisch
• Je kunt zowel zelfstandig als in teamverband werken
• Je hebt een klantgerichte instelling en je beschikt over goede communicatieve vaardigheden
• Je bent enthousiast en hebt een proactieve en oplossingsgerichte instelling
• Je hebt een goede dosis leergierigheid: misschien heb je al wat ervaring maar toch wil je blijven leren, alle technieken die je nog niet kent wil je onder de knie krijgen en wij willen je daarbij helpen
