About the Role

We are looking for a reliable and safety-conscious Machine Operator to join our production team on a full-time, on-site basis. The Machine Operator will be responsible for operating, monitoring, and maintaining aerosol production equipment to ensure smooth, efficient, and safe manufacturing of high-quality aerosol products.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate aerosol filling, propellant charging, crimping, and related production machines according to standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Set up machines for different product types, can sizes, and fill volumes as per production plan.
• Monitor machine performance, fill accuracy, crimp quality, and overall line efficiency during production runs.
• Perform basic changeovers, adjustments, and minor troubleshooting to minimize downtime.
• Conduct regular quality checks (fill weight, crimp dimensions, leak testing, visual inspection) and report any defects immediately.
• Ensure proper feeding of empty cans, valves, actuators, and caps onto the line.
• Follow strict safety protocols, especially when handling flammable propellants (LPG) and pressurized systems.
• Maintain cleanliness of machines, work area, and surrounding production zone (5S / housekeeping).
• Record production data, downtime, wastage, and machine parameters in daily production logs.
• Assist in preventive maintenance activities and report any abnormal machine behavior or breakdowns to the supervisor.
• Comply with all company safety, quality, and GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) guidelines.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and reduce waste.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Minimum Matric / Intermediate education; technical diploma or ITI in relevant trade preferred.
• 2–5 years of experience as a Machine Operator in a manufacturing environment (aerosol, FMCG, chemical, packaging, or similar process industry preferred).
• Hands-on experience operating filling, packaging, or production line machines is highly desirable.
• Basic understanding of aerosol filling processes, propellant handling, and pressurized systems is an advantage.
• Ability to read and follow SOPs, production schedules, and safety instructions.
• Good physical fitness and ability to stand for long hours and perform repetitive tasks.
• Willingness to work in shifts (including night shifts if required) on a full-time, on-site basis.
• Strong commitment to workplace safety, especially around flammable materials and pressurized equipment.
• Basic numerical and record-keeping skills.
• Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Pay: Rs40,000.00 - Rs55,000.00 per month
