Candidate Requirements:

• Age: 20 - 32 years
• Education: ITI / Diploma
• Experience: 2 - 3 years in a similar FMCG production environment
• Machine Operation Certificate is an advantage but not mandatory
• Candidates from FMCG / Food / Manufacturing Production backgrounds are preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor product quality and ensure proper operation of production equipment.
• Check the technical and sanitary condition of machines and equipment.
• Ensure equipment is free from damage and operating properly.
• Coordinate with supervisors and technicians during machine breakdowns or troubleshooting.
• Maintain cleanliness of the workplace and production equipment.
• Follow GMP, HACCP, Food Safety Awareness and ISO standards.
• Follow departmental SOPs for smooth machine operation.
• Perform CLIRT Clean, Lubricate, Inspect, Retighten as per checklist.
• Inspect products and product packing according to required standards.
• Maintain proper attention to safety, quality and production requirements.
