About the company

Our client is an international industrial manufacturing company with production locations across Europe and worldwide. The company develops and manufactures sustainable building and insulation materials that contribute to energy-efficient and comfortable buildings.

At the production site in Etten-Leur, high-quality glass wool insulation products are manufactured using a large-scale industrial production process. You will work in a modern and technically advanced production environment where processes run continuously and where operators play an important role in maintaining a safe and stable production process.

Your role as Production Operator;

As a Production Operator, you will be responsible for monitoring and controlling part of the production process. You will work closely with your colleagues to ensure that the production process runs safely, efficiently and according to the required quality standards.

Your responsibilities include:

• Operating and monitoring production installations and machinery.
• Monitoring the production process and identifying deviations.
• Checking product quality and taking corrective action when necessary.
• Solving minor technical or process-related issues.
• Reporting malfunctions, deviations and other irregularities.
• Following safety, quality and environmental procedures.
• Performing checks and recording production data.
• Working closely with colleagues from your own shift and other departments.
• Keeping the workplace clean, safe and organised.
• Contributing ideas and improvements to the production process.

What we are looking for:

• Previous experience as a production operator, process operator, machine operator, manufacturing operator or in a similar industrial role.
• A technical mindset and an interest in production processes and machinery.
• The ability to identify problems and act appropriately.
• A strong focus on safety and quality.
• The ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• A willingness to work in a 4-shift system, including evenings, nights and weekends.
• Good communication skills.
• A willingness to learn and develop your technical skills.

Experience in industries such as manufacturing, process industry, chemicals, plastics, glass, insulation, building materials, paper, metal, food production or other continuous production environments is highly relevant.

Experience with glass wool or insulation products is not required. Experience in a comparable industrial production environment is what matters most.

Salaris: €2.986,00 - €4.100,00 per maand
