Machine Operator

Join our dynamic team as an Entry Level machine operator focused on the production of Babbitt Fluid Bearings! This is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to start a career in manufacturing and machining.

Key Responsibilities:

• Learn and assist in the operation of CNC forming machines and stamping presses.
• Support the production team in creating high-quality Babbitt Fluid Bearings.
• Learn to read blueprints and work with precision tools.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
• Follow safety protocols and quality standards.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Basic mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn.
• Self-Starter: Ability to work with little or no supervision.
• Strong understanding of fractions and decimals.
• Competence in reading and interpreting instructions.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attendance record.
• Previous experience in a manufacturing environment preferred, but not required.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to stand, stoop, bend, and reach for extended periods.
• Capable of lifting, handling, and carrying trays weighing up to 50 lbs.

• 10 hours a day
