Job Title: Heidelberg & GTO , Print Master / Machine Operator

We are hiring an experienced Print Master / Machine Man with strong practical experience on Heidelberg 52 cm offset AND GTO printing machines.

The candidate must have excellent knowledge of commercial offset printing and should be able to operate and manage the machine independently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate Heidelberg 52 cm printing machine.

• Complete machine setup and job changeovers efficiently.

• Plate mounting, registration and color adjustment.

• Maintain accurate color throughout production runs.

• Control ink and water balance.

• Check paper feeding, delivery and print quality.

• Minimize wastage during make-ready and production.

• Handle different paper sizes, stocks and GSM.

• Troubleshoot printing defects and basic mechanical issues.

• Carry out routine machine cleaning and preventive maintenance.

• Coordinate with production and finishing departments.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2–5 years of offset printing experience.

• Strong knowledge of Heidelberg 52 cm ad GTO machines.

• Excellent understanding of color matching, registration and print quality.

• Must be able to work independently as a Print Master.

• Knowledge of commercial printing and packaging work preferred.

• UAE/GCC experience is an advantage.

Salary: Negotiable depending on experience and technical knowledg

• Previous experience as a GTO Offset Printing Machine Operator.

• Strong knowledge of offset printing operations and processes.

• Practical experience with machine setup and make-ready.

• Good understanding of ink, paper, plates, and dampening systems.

• Knowledge of color matching and registration.

• Ability to identify printing defects and make necessary adjustments.

• Good attention to detail.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a production team.

• Ability to work under production deadlines.

• Operate and monitor the GTO offset printing machine efficiently and safely.

• Set up the machine according to job specifications and printing requirements.

• Perform machine make-ready, including paper, plate, ink, and dampening system setup.

• Mount and align printing plates correctly.

• Adjust ink and water balance to achieve consistent print quality.

• Maintain accurate color registration throughout the printing process.

• Check printed sheets regularly for color, registration, clarity, and other quality issues.

• Identify and correct common printing defects during production.

• Follow approved samples and job specifications accurately.

• Monitor paper, ink, plates, and other consumables to minimize wastage.

• Maintain consistent production speed while ensuring quality standards are met.

• Carry out basic cleaning, lubrication, and routine maintenance of the printing machine.

• Report machine faults, technical issues, or maintenance requirements to the supervisor.

• Keep the work area and machine clean and organized.

• Follow all company safety procedures and production guidelines.

• Complete assigned printing jobs within the required production schedule.

• Coordinate with the production team regarding job requirements and priorities.

• Maintain proper handling and storage of printed materials.

• Ensure all completed work meets the company's quality standards.

Pay: AED1,500.00 - AED2,500.00 per month
