Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Machine Operator role based in the Pune Division. The Machine Operator will set up, operate, and monitor various machinery used in valve manufacturing, following production schedules and standard operating procedures. Responsibilities include loading and unloading materials, adjusting machine settings, performing basic preventive maintenance, and ensuring products meet quality and safety standards. The role involves inspecting components, recording production data, reporting issues, and collaborating with supervisors and maintenance teams to minimize downtime. The Machine Operator is expected to maintain a clean and organized work area and comply with all workplace health, safety, and environmental guidelines.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess skills in Machine Operation and working with industrial Machinery.
• Candidates should possess skills in Quality Control, including basic inspection and measurement techniques.
• Candidates should possess skills in using Hand Tools and performing routine machine adjustments safely.
• Candidates should possess strong Communication skills for coordinating with team members and supervisors.
• Previous experience as a machine operator or in a manufacturing environment is beneficial.
• Ability to read and follow technical drawings, work instructions, and safety procedures.
• Attention to detail, reliability, and willingness to work in shifts as required.
• Relevant technical or vocational training in mechanical or industrial trades is an advantage.
