Machine Operator

QUALIFICATIONS:

• MUST BE ATLEAST JUNIOR HIGHSCHOOL OR SENIOR HIGHSCHOOL GRADUATE
• MUST BE ATLEAST 18 YEARS OLD
• WITH OR WITHOUT EXPERIENCE
• WITH EXPERIENCE IN PACKAGING COMPANY IS AN ADVANTAGE BUT FRESH GRADUATES ARE WELCOME APPLY
• WILLING TO RENDER OVERTIME
• CAN WORK UNDER PRESSURE
• WITH PLEASING PERSONALITY AND GOOD COMMUNICATION SKILLS

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Perform 5’s before start of the shift
• Arrange machine/jigs at the beginning of work procedure to ensure that everything is in order.
• Test the machine before main work begins to be sure that it’s in good condition for production.
• Set all machine operation information such as speed, size and shape into machine before it begins running.
• Ensure that machines are calibrated and re-calibrated before and after production procedures.
• Report any machine abnormalities directly to superior and maintenance technician.
• Ensure timely preparation and availability of all production material to avoid shortage during production.
• Report to supervisor/s regularly, keeping them updated on production activities and progress.
• Perform in process inspection prior to proceed production.

Pay: Php15,600.00 - Php16,000.00 per month
