Who We’re Looking For

We’re hiring reliable, detail-oriented Machine Operators for all shifts. This hands-on role combines quality control, packaging, product testing, and production equipment operation.

You’ll work closely with your team to keep production running safely and efficiently while ensuring finished products meet our quality standards. Manufacturing experience is helpful, but we’re willing to train dependable people who take pride in their work and want to learn.

Shift Schedule

We are hiring for weekday and weekend teams on both day and night shifts:

• Weekday Day Shift: 6:00 AM–6:00 PM
• Weekday Night Shift: 6:00 PM–6:00 AM
• Weekend Day Shift: 6:00 AM–6:00 PM
• Weekend Night Shift: 6:00 PM–6:00 AM

Our 12-hour schedule alternates between three-day and four-day workweeks: 36 scheduled hours one week and 48 the next, averaging 42 hours per week. This provides three or four days off each week, with scheduled overtime built into the rotation.

Employees remain assigned to day or night shift rather than rotating between the two. Specific workdays and available team assignments will be discussed during the hiring process.

What You’ll Do

• Perform quality control checks and product testing throughout production
• Package finished products according to specifications
• Monitor production equipment, replenish materials, and help keep production running
• Operate production machines safely and efficiently
• Follow established processes, procedures, and work instructions
• Identify and promptly report quality issues or equipment concerns
• Accurately record production and quality data
• Keep your workstation clean, organized, and safe
• Work with your team to meet daily production goals
