shift schedule is from *1st shift (MON-FRI; 1st 5a-1:30p) and *2nd shift (MON-FRI; 2nd 1p-9:30p)
Duration: 6 Month

Job Summary

The Machine Operator supports safe, efficient, and reliable operations by operating and maintaining equipment, ensuring timely delivery, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate machinery in accordance with established procedures and safety standards
• Perform routine maintenance and report equipment issues or deviations
• Ensure equipment readiness and timely delivery based on operational requirements
• Participate in pre-job and toolbox meetings with team members
• Assist in identifying and implementing process improvements
• Support failure investigations when required
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• No prior experience required; relevant experience is a plus
• Ability to follow instructions and standard operating procedures
• Basic mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
• Ability to work in a team-oriented environment

Work Environment

• Climate-controlled facility
• May become warm due to continuous machine operations

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 per week

Experience:

• CNC lathe: 1 year (Preferred)
