What they need
We are looking for experienced Machine Operators to operate and maintain Blow Moulding, Rinser-Filler-Capper (RFC), Labelling and Shrink Wrapping machines, RO Plant in our Packaged Drinking Water manufacturing plant.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate the assigned machine efficiently and ensure smooth production.
- Monitor machine performance and maintain required production quality.
- Carry out basic machine adjustments and routine maintenance.
- Identify and report machine faults, breakdowns and production issues.
- Ensure compliance with safety, hygiene and quality standards.
Candidate Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of professional experience in operating Blow Moulding, Rinser-Filler-Capper, Labelling, Shrink Wrapping machines, RO Plant.
- Experience in the Packaged Drinking Water or beverage manufacturing industry will be preferred.
- Basic knowledge of machine operation, troubleshooting and preventive maintenance.
- Ability to work in shifts.
- Ability to communicate in English / Hindi / Malayalam.
Qualification: ITI / Diploma / Technical qualification preferred; relevant practical experience may also be considered.
