Machine Operator

Job Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Machine Operator to join our dynamic manufacturing team. In this role, you will be responsible for operating a variety of industrial equipment and machinery to produce high-quality products efficiently and safely. Your expertise in machine operation, technical troubleshooting, and precision measurement will be essential in maintaining our production standards. Duties

• Operate and monitor Precast manufacturing machine to ensure optimal performance.
• Troubleshoot industrial equipment issues promptly, performing minor repairs or escalating complex problems to maintenance teams.
• Conduct dimensional measurements and quality control checks.
• Handle materials and tools efficiently within the warehouse or production floor, including forklift operation when necessary.
• Maintain detailed records of machine operation, production output, and quality inspections in compliance with safety and manufacturing standards.
• Assist in packaging finished products and preparing them for shipment while ensuring all safety protocols are followed during handling.

Qualifications

• Ability to use measuring instruments including tape measures, and basic shop tools for quality assurance.
• Experience with fabrication processes such as stamping presses or flexo presses is a plus.
• Valid forklift certification or experience operating forklifts safely within a manufacturing environment preferred.
• Knowledge of safety standards in production environments and the ability to follow strict safety protocols at all times.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot mechanical issues efficiently.
• Prior factory or manufacturing facility experience is highly desirable; familiarity with assembly lines and materials handling is advantageous.

Pay: $18.00 - $23.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 – 50.0 per week
