Your Next Role

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Machine Operator to join our Production Team. This full-time role will see you operating a range of heavy equipment while supporting the efficient production and delivery of our products. With regular overtime available, there is plenty of opportunity to increase your earnings.

Key responsibilities include

• Operate front-end loaders to handle raw materials and finished products
• Operate articulated dump trucks to transfer materials on-site
• Operate forklifts to move and stack products within the facility
• Assist with production activities, equipment operation and routine pre-start inspections
• Follow all safety procedures and contribute to a safe working environment

Hours & Roster

• 38-hour week, Monday to Friday
• Rotating shifts: 6:00am to 4:00pm and 8:00am to 6:00pm
• Saturday work available
• Overtime opportunities where applicable

About you

• Demonstrated experience operating Front-End Loaders in a production, quarry, recycling, composting or similar environment
• Physically fit and able to perform manual handling tasks
• Reliable and punctual with a commitment to safety
• Current Driver's Licence

Desirable Experience

• Current Medium Rigid (MR) or Heavy Rigid (HR) driver's licence
• Current Forklift licence
• Previous experience operating Excavator, dump truck or other earthmoving equipment
• Previous experience in landscape supplies or composting facility
