Machine Operator

Job Responsibilities

• Set up and operate CNC turning and milling machines.

• Read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications.

• Measure and inspect finished parts using calipers, micrometers, and height gauges to ensure compliance with specifications.

• Monitor machining processes and make necessary adjustments to maintain product quality.

• Perform basic machine maintenance and ensure a clean and safe work environment.

• Carry out any other duties assigned by the supervisor.

Requirement

• Knowledge of machining tolerances, dimensional inspection, and quality control requirements.

• Experience operating Mazak CNC machines is an advantage.

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

• Good problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.

• Able to work independently and willing to learn new skills and equipment.
