What You’ll Do:
Sets up and operates a variety of automatic or semi-automatic machines used in the production of the company's product. Works from process sheets or written/verbal instructions given by supervisor to perform production tasks. Checks and inspects operation against predetermined tolerances.

• Must be able to set-up and run automated SMT assembly equipment including Screen Printer, Pick and Place Machine (Fuji AIMEXII preferred), and Reflow Oven
• Must be able to interpret IPC-610 standards for acceptability and customer specifications.
• Must be able to read prints and interpret color codes on wires and components.

What You’ll Bring:

• Minimum of 4 years of experience with SMT
• Must be familiar with Surface-Mount Technology (SMT) electronic components and SMT assembly process.
• Ability to communicate effectively through oral and written communications.

At Sanmina, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $45,760 - $56,160 ($22 - $27/hour), and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
