Machine Operator

• Responsible for operating waterjet and bridge cutting machines to accurately cut and shape natural and engineered stone as per approved technical drawings.
• Set up and operate waterjet and bridge cutting machines to cut marble, granite, quartz, and other stone materials as per approved drawings.
• Measure, align, and secure stone slabs to ensure accurate cutting and prevent material damage.
• Inspect finished cuts for dimensional accuracy and adjust machine settings to minimize errors and material wastage.
• Perform routine machine checks, replenish consumables, and maintain cutting equipment for efficient operation.
• Handle stone slabs safely using appropriate lifting equipment and report material defects or machine faults to the Supervisor.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area while following factory safety procedures and wearing the required PPE.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Basic literacy, preferably with a training certificate in machine operation or CNC programming, and proven experience operating stone-cutting machinery.
