Machine Operator

Meadow Manufacturing Corporation is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Machine Operator to join our manufacturing team.

As a Machine Operator, you will play a crucial role in our production operations, ensuring that manufacturing equipment runs efficiently and safely whilst maintaining the highest quality standards. This position is fundamental to our ability to deliver products on time and meet customer expectations.

What you'll be doing

• Operating and monitoring manufacturing machinery and equipment in accordance with established production schedules and safety protocols
• Performing routine maintenance checks and cleaning of machinery to ensure optimal performance and longevity
• Adjusting machine settings and parameters to meet production specifications and quality requirements
• Inspecting products during and after production to identify defects and ensure compliance with quality standards
• Recording production data, machine performance metrics and any issues encountered during shifts
• Responding promptly to machine malfunctions and alerting supervisors or maintenance personnel when repairs are needed
• Following all health and safety regulations and contributing to a safe working environment
• Working collaboratively with team members and supervisors to meet daily production targets
• Participating in training programs to develop skills and stay current with machinery updates

What we're looking for

• Vocational, or college-level

• With 2-5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment is required

• Knowledgeable of machine and minor troubleshooting

• With technician background is an advantage

• Willing to work in shifting schedule

• Willing to Work/Relocate in Pasig City
