What they need
5 axis VMC Operator
- Minimum 4 to 5 years of experience in 5-axis VMC
- 5-Axis VMC machine operation
- Rotary axis / 5-axis coordinate system knowledge
- Tool selection, tool setting and tool measurement
- Engineering drawing reading
- Knowledge of measuring instruments such as Vernier Caliper, Micrometer, Bore Gauge and Height Gauge.
- Programming knowledge of 5 axis VMC.
Mazak Integrex Machine Operator
Minimum 4 to 5 years of experience in Integrex Machine.

3. CNC turning and milling operations
4. Engineering drawing reading
5. Tool selection and tool setting
6. C-axis and Y-axis machining
7. Complex profile and multi-operation machining
8. Use of Vernier, Micrometer, Bore Gauge, Height Gauge
9. Programming knowledge of MAZAK INTEGREX
