Machine Operator

Tag Systems is hiring a full-time Machine Operator to join our growing production team in Eatontown, NJ. What You'll Do as an Machine Operator

As part of our production team, you will operate and maintain automated equipment while ensuring products meet Tag Systems’ quality and safety standards.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Operating equipment according to safety, quality, and production procedures
• Loading and transferring materials between workstations
• Monitoring machine performance and completing production tasks accurately
• Inspecting finished products to ensure quality standards are met
• Completing production paperwork and job audit logs
• Cleaning and maintaining equipment
• Keeping your workspace clean, organized, and safe
• Assisting with inventory counts and other production tasks as needed
• Supporting team goals and completing additional responsibilities as assigned

Schedule

We have positions available on all shifts.

Occasional overtime or Saturday work may be required based on production needs.
