Machine Operator

Key Responsibilities

• Operate production machines and equipment according to work instructions and SOP.
• Perform loading and unloading of materials and products.
• Conduct visual inspection and quality checks on products.
• Record production data accurately and timely.
• Ensure production targets are achieved according to schedule.
• Report machine abnormalities, defects, or production issues to the Supervisor immediately.
• Maintain cleanliness and housekeeping of the workstation.
• Follow safety, quality, and company regulations at all times.
• Assist in stock handling and material movement when required.
• Support continuous improvement activities and other tasks assigned bymanagement.

Requirements

• Minimum SPM or equivalent qualification.
• Basic computer literacy is an advantage.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
