Machine Operator

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and monitor extrusion lines and machinery for drip, HDPE, flat, and round pipe manufacturing.
• Set and adjust machine parameters, including temperature, pressure, line speed, and cooling systems.
• Ensure proper pipe dimensions, wall thickness, uniformity, and product quality.
• Troubleshoot machine breakdowns and perform routine preventive maintenance.
• Monitor raw material feeding, extrusion processes, die settings, and cooling/calibration systems.
• Maintain production targets, minimize material wastage, and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.

Eligibility & Experience:

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in drip and HDPE pipe manufacturing.
• Hands-on expertise in both flat and round pipe manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of extrusion machinery, machine settings, process control, and maintenance.
• Must be based in Vadodara, Gujarat, or willing to relocate.
• Immediate joiners will be preferred.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
