Now hiring! Machine Operator Ames, IA (onsite) We are looking for a Machine Operator to join our Agricultural Solutions team in Ames, IA.

As part of our manufacturing team, you will operate and monitor production equipment to ensure the safe, efficient, and consistent production of high-quality agricultural products. Working in a collaborative, fast-paced environment, you will play a key role in maintaining operational excellence, supporting continuous improvement initiatives, and delivering products that meet the needs of customers around the world.

During your 10-hr Day Shift as a Production Machine Operator you will…

• Ensure top quality while packaging agricultural components into cases
• Troubleshoot and operate automated machinery related to packaging
• Operate aseptic filling equipment for sterile product transfers
• Perform related preventative maintenance on plant machinery and equipment including conveyors, tapers, fillers, printers, and safety equipment
• Keep a clean and organized work area

If you...

• Have a High School Diploma or GED with at least 2 years of Industrial/Mechanical experience
• Are familiar with automated or robotic equipment
• Have an eye for detail, and understand quality control
• Have a proven track record of critical thinking and process improvements
• Have some forklift operator experience (preferred)
