Machine Operator

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented professional to support production operations in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. In this role, you will operate equipment safely and efficiently, help maintain product quality, and contribute to a smooth and organized workflow. The ideal candidate takes pride in producing consistent results, follows established procedures, and works well as part of a collaborative team.

Responsibilities

• Operate production equipment in accordance with standard operating procedures and safety guidelines
• Monitor machinery during operation to ensure quality, accuracy, and efficiency
• Perform basic setup, changeover, and adjustments as needed
• Inspect finished products and materials for defects or inconsistencies
• Record production data, completed work, and equipment issues accurately
• Assist with routine cleaning, maintenance, and organization of work areas
• Communicate concerns, equipment malfunctions, or quality issues to the appropriate team members
• Follow all company policies, safety procedures, and production standards

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Previous experience in manufacturing, production, or machine operation is an asset
• Ability to follow instructions, procedures, and safety requirements consistently
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Basic mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn equipment functions
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks as required
• Good communication skills and a team-oriented mindset
• Dependable work ethic and ability to work in a structured environment

Available Shifts

• Day Shift: Monday–Friday, 40+ hours per week.
• Second Shift: Monday–Thursday, 4:00 PM–2:30 AM

Additional Information

This position may require shift work, overtime, or weekend availability based on production needs. Candidates should be comfortable working in an environment where safety, accuracy, and teamwork are essential to success.
