Machine Operator - CNC flame cutting

Steelhawk Plate & Profile LTD is a well-established steel service provider of quality CNC oxyfuel/plasma cut and blanchard ground parts for over 40 years, and are currently looking for a full time CNC flame cutting & Plasma machine operator

Duties and Responsibilities

· Set up and operate CNC flame cutting machine

· Perform measurements accurately to ensure properly cut parts

· Document parts on inspection for quality assurance

· Competent and safe use of overhead cranes for material handling

· Clean up material using hand grinder when needed

· Keep a clean and organized work area

Qualifications

· Previous machine operator experience is an asset

· Mechanically inclined

· Ability to read blueprints and measurement tools

· Basic computer skills

Job Types: Permanent, Full-time

Pay: $20.00-$23.00 per hour
