Machine Operator Engineer

About the role

Operate CNC machines and 3D scanning equipment according to production plans, performing machine setup, tooling preparation, and workpiece positioning before machining.

Key responsibilities

• Operate CNC machines and 3D scanning equipment according to production plans
• Perform machine setup, tooling preparation, and workpiece positioning before machining
• Review and interpret engineering drawings, work orders, and CNC programs
• Verify scan data and support machining processes using measurement and scanning technology
• Monitor machining processes and ensure product quality meets specifications
• Conduct first-piece inspection and use measuring tools for quality verification
• Perform machine offset adjustments, basic troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance
• Maintain production records and report machine or quality abnormalities
• Follow company safety, quality, ISO, and 5S requirements

About you

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, or related fields
• Minimum 1 year of experience in CNC machining, machine operation, or manufacturing environments
• Able to read and understand engineering drawings and machining symbols
• Knowledge of CNC programming and cutting conditions
• Experience using measuring instruments such as Vernier Caliper, Micrometer, and Dial Indicator
• Experience with CNC-controlled machines and machining processes
• Knowledge of 3D scanning technology or adaptive machining is an advantage
• Experience in overhead crane operation is preferred
