Machine Operator - Entry Level

Pay: $18.00 – $20.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday – Friday | Day Shift

Job Description

We are looking for a dependable, motivated individual to join our team as an Entry-Level Machine Operator in our machine shop!

This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to gain hands-on experience in the machining and manufacturing industry. We provide on the job training and all necessary tools to help you succeed.

Job Responsibilities

• Operate and assist with various machine shop equipment and processes.
• Perform saw cutting, manual milling, and grinding operations.
• Deburr, clean, and finish metal parts.
• Assist with general shop duties and maintain a clean, organized work environment.
• Follow safety procedures and company quality standards.
• Work alongside team members to meet daily production goals.

Qualifications & Requirements

• No previous machine shop experience required; training is provided.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50lbs without assistance.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.
• Ability to follow instructions and work safely around machinery.
• Dependable, punctual, and able to work well with others.
• Must comply with company safety and workplace policies.
