Pre-Pour Reinforcements Ltd is a growing manufacturing business based in Woolpit, specialising in steel reinforcement solutions for the UK construction and civil engineering sectors.

As our business continues to grow and production requirements increase, we are looking for experienced Machine Operators to join and strengthen our existing production team.

This is an excellent opportunity for experienced operators who take pride in producing high-quality work and want to build a long-term career within a growing manufacturing operation.

What You’ll Do

You’ll be at the heart of a machine-paced, high-precision production environment, operating specialist automated equipment to deliver consistently accurate results.

Every shift requires focus, discipline and attention to detail – from setting up and monitoring production runs to checking tolerances and ensuring machinery is operating safely and efficiently.

Working as part of our production team, you’ll play an important role in maintaining our standards for quality, safety and productivity.

The pace is steady, the standards are high, and accuracy matters. We are looking for people who understand the importance of getting things right and take pride in the quality of their work.

About You

• Previous experience operating heavy machinery or automated manufacturing equipment
• Experience within a manufacturing or production environment
• Strong focus on accuracy, quality and safety
• Reliable, proactive and comfortable working as part of a team
• Good attention to detail
• Able to work effectively in a busy production environment
• Pride in producing high-quality work every time
