Machine Operator - Helper

Wiman Corporation in Sauk Rapids, MN produces high quality plastic filming for many big companies in industries such as healthcare, industrial, automotive, electrical. You will be working in a temperature controlled environment with the ability to earn an extra $100-$300 as a weekly bonuses after 30 days when you become part of the Union, and are eligible for incentive.

Attendance is very important!

We need TWO Machine Operator Helpers on 2nd shift!

2nd shift: Monday - Friday 3pm-11pm (+ 50 cent shift differential)

We need TWO Machine Operator Helpers on 3rd shift!

3rd shift: Sunday - Friday 11pm-7:am (+ 85 cent shift differential)

Some overtime required.

Physical Requirements:

• Manufacturing experience preferred.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Able to stand most of the workday.
• Able to perform repetitive job functions; hand mobility, bending, kneeling, pushing, and pulling.

Other Requirements:

• Steel toed boots

Skills and Abilities:

• Basic reading and writing skills in English.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic reading and mathematics skill level: ability to read a tape measure**.**
• Basic computer skills; familiar with keyboard, mouse and basic computer functions

*Must have the ability to pass a pre employment drug screening (NOT including THC)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $22.38 per hour
