Machine Operator – High Precision Manufacturing

Pay: Starting at $23.00 per hour, based on experience, with opportunities for advancement.

Locations: Lancaster, PA
Shifts:

• Weekend Shift: Friday–Sunday, 6:30 a.m.–7:00 p.m.; includes a 15% shift differential and a four-hour bonus when the scheduled 36-hour requirement is met.

About the Role:
Join our team producing mission-critical, high precision components manufacturing SmCo magnets for advanced industries such as Aerospace & Defense, Medical and Semiconductor. As a Machine Operator working with specialty metals, you’ll work independently, operate a variety of CNC and non-CNC machines, and ensure every part meets strict quality standards.

Responsibilities:

• Operate CNC and non-CNC equipment (grinders, slicers, drillers, honers, chamfering tools, scoring machines, slotting, finishing equipment)
• Set up machines, perform changeovers, and adjust parameters
• Monitor production for quality and efficiency
• Inspect parts using precision tools
• Assist machinists with troubleshooting and improvements
• Maintain a safe, organized workspace
• Support training for entry-level operators
• Perform basic maintenance and housekeeping

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to read engineering drawings
• Familiarity with precision measurement tools
• Mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
• 1–2 years manufacturing or machining experience preferred

Physical Requirements:
