Machine Operator I -2nd/3rd

Now Hiring: Machine Operators 2nd & 3rd Shift | No Rotating Shifts Straight 8-Hour Shifts * Paid Training * Shift Differential for Off-Shift Hours $18-$20 per hour

Available Schedules 2nd Shift: Monday-Friday, 4pm-12am

3rd Shift: Sunday-Thursday, 12am-8am

What You'll Do As a Machine Operator, you'll work with modern production equipment that manufactures weatherstripping used around the world. No experiene? No problem- we'll train you.

• Operate and monitor production machines
• Load materials and remove finished products
• Make simple machine adjustments as needed
• Follow all safety and quality procedures
• Record basic production data
• Assist techhnicians during machine changeovers

What We're Looking For

• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
• Basic reading, math, and writing skills
• Manufacturing expereince is helpful, but not required

Physical Requirements

• Standing, walking and bending throughout the shift
• Ability to life up to 50 lbs
• Comfortable working in a louder production environment
