As a Machine Operator, you'll play a critical role in that mission by safely operating production equipment and delivering the quality products our customers depend on. Our Hartland team is seeking gritty problem solvers who take ownership of their work, support their teammates, continuously look for better ways to operate, and demonstrate the flexibility and determination needed to succeed in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

1st Shift - 5:00AM-3:30PM Monday - Thursday,

Friday OT 5:00AM-1:00PM

CORE JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Set up, operate, monitor, and troubleshoot the operations of machinery and associated equipment to detect and report malfunctions.
• Prepare product for transfer and/or final processing. Inspect product output for quality and accuracy.
• Perform machine clean-up, set-up, and minor machine maintenance such as cleaning debris from machine, performing product and instrument checks, and complete equipment repairs and part replacement.
• Respond to machinery breakdowns and/or material upsets and restore machine to working condition minimizing downtime.
• Review material availability with necessary teams and assist in securing materials to support and meet production schedule.
• Make sure all housekeeping is maintained in a clear and orderly fashion in assigned area.

Education:

• High school diploma

Additional:

• 1 year of experience in a manufacturing environment

The anticipated salary range for this position:

$19.75 - $28.75 Hourly

The actual salary will vary based on applicant’s location, education, experience, skills, and abilities. Medline will not pay less than the applicable minimum wage or salary threshold.
