Machine Operator - Mattress Assembly

Who We Are:

For more than 90 years, Sleepyhead has been helping New Zealanders enjoy a better night’s sleep.

As a proudly100% Kiwi-owned and operated, family-owned business, we’re guided by strong family values and a genuine commitment to our people. Our team is the foundation of our success, and many employees build long, rewarding careers with us.

Every night, thousands of New Zealanders sleep on products we’ve made. They may not think about the foam, the stitching or the people behind it—but that’s where we come in.

From the first coil to the final layer, everything we create is designed to bring comfort, support and rest into people’s lives.

We’re proud to create local jobs, invest in our communities and contribute to New Zealand manufacturing.

When you join Sleepyhead, you’re not just joining a company—you’re becoming part of the family.
