What they need
- Read and understand manufacturing drawings, work instructions, and process requirements related to transformer molding operations.
- Operate molding machines and equipment for dry type transformer production.
- Prepare molds, materials and equipment before starting production.
- Monitor molding parameters and ensure compliance with specified process settings.
- Perform dimensional and visual inspections and complete required checklists and production records.
- Ensure molded components meet quality standards and production specifications.
- Report any non-conforming materials, equipment malfunctions, or process deviations to the Section Supervisor.
- Maintain molds, tools, machines and the work area in a clear, organized and safe condition.
- Follow all safety, quality and environments procedures during production activities.
